# Glitchless support

> How to get help with Glitchless: email support, billing, bug reports and the docs for each engine.

Email support@glitchless.gg. Say which workspace and game it's about, and paste any error you saw.

## Billing

- To change plan, update your card, get invoices or cancel, open the app (https://app.glitchless.gg) and go to **Settings → Plan & billing**, then **Manage billing**.
- Your spending cap is on the same page. The [pricing page](https://www.glitchless.gg/pricing.md) explains overage and spike protection.
- For a charge you don't recognize or a refund question, email us. The [terms](https://www.glitchless.gg/terms.md) cover cancelling and refunds.

## Bugs and requests

- Problems in an SDK, the server, the dashboard or the MCP server: [open an issue on GitHub](https://github.com/glitchless-gg/glitchless/issues). Include the engine, its version and the SDK version.
- Problems with Glitchless Cloud itself, such as signing in, keys or billing: email us.
- Security problems: email us instead of opening a public issue.
